All appointments require to add a card on file. After booking is done, you'll receive a confirmation email/text of your appointment. If client doesn't want to provide a card on file, still needs to pay minimum of $100 to book and secure his/her appointment.
All appointments made without card on file require at least $100 non-refundable deposit.
Student deposits are non-refundable. After Registering and Paying the Class Deposit, you are committed to take the chosen class. If student decides not to join the course, loses the full amount of the Deposit.
SPECIAL OFFERS & DEALS
All Special Offers are final sales, have to be paid upfront and no refunds. If client changes his/her mind, the paid amount can be used towards other provided services we offer, or can be gifted to someone else as a gift card. Model Fees count as discounted items and not eligible for refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLIENTS
A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment or the 50% of the price of the booked service will be charged on the card that was used for booking, or paid upfront.
If client purchased a Groupon and cancels her/his appointment in less than 24 hrs, or misses the appointment, the coupon will be Redeemed without service. In case if client wants to reschedule another appointment, she/he has to purchase another Groupon.
Clients who arrive over 20 minutes late result a charge of 50% of the price of the booked service and cancellation of their appointment. In this case, client will be required to rebook and pay the 50% of the chosen procedure again if they wish to continue with their procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.
In case of missed touch-up appointment we charge $50 extra on top of the Touch-up fee which has to be paid upfront to secure the next re-scheduled appointment,
If the client fails to show up to their appointment 50% of the price of the booked service will be charged on the card that was used for booking and will have to go through the booking process again by paying additional 50% of the chosen procedure.

All PMU procedures require at least one additional session (Touch-up) in order to achieve the final color and pigment retention! If the client after just one procedure when the process is halfway through only, wishes to get a removal procedure, we reserve the right to refuse it and all of the following services!!!! There is NO Refund!
BEAUTY STATION RENTAL / DATE CHANGE / CANCELLATION
Beauty professionals must pay the rental fee upfront in order to be able to book a station. Once this fee is paid, we block that day for the professional.
If professional needs to change the date it is possible for additional $20 no later than 48hrs before the originally chosen date.
If renter wants to cancel the space rental, 50% of the paid amount is being kept by us for convenience and for lost blocked booking time. Renter is getting 50% of the paid refunded, which can be paid in 7 business days (Tue-Sat). If renter doesn't want a refund, she/he can rebook another day for additional $20 date change fee, and the already paid rent will be forwarded to the new date.
Any Permanent/ Semi-permanent make up is a form of cosmetic tattooing where pigment is placed in the dermal/epidermal layer of the tissue. Retention of the pigment is out of our control, as it is determined by the patient’s skin type, how well they follow after-care procedures, as well as their immune system, therefore no specific result can be 100% guaranteed.
We do not offer microblading/permanent makeup services to pregnant women.
The main concern with getting a tattoo during pregnancy is the risk of contracting an infection, such as Hepatitis B and HIV. Although the risk is small, it is recommended that you wait to get a tattoo until after your baby is born. We also don't know how tattoo dyes and inks affect a developing baby. Small amounts of chemicals that might be harmless to an adult can have a much bigger impact on a tiny fetus. Because of skin changes during pregnancy, a tattoo that you get while you're pregnant might not look the same after you deliver your baby.
Those undergoing chemotherapy will need to wait at least 12 months for getting the procedure done. The reason that doctors often warn against getting a tattoo - or doing anything else that's an infection risk - while undergoing chemotherapy is that chemo drugs lower cancer patients' white blood cell count, and white blood cells are the ones that fight infection. It's not that the tattoo is going to interfere with cancer treatment exactly, but an infection can be very dangerous when the body is immune compromised. After 12 month we are happy to help you. Please, make sure to bring your Doctor's notice.
California State Tattooing Laws
Body Art. Cal. Health & Safety Code § 119300 to 119328: Body Art. The California Conference of Local Health Officers shall establish sterilization, sanitation, and safety standards for persons engaged in the business of tattooing, body piercing, or permanent cosmetics.
Cal. Penal Code 653: Tattooing. Establishes that it is a misdemeanor for any person to tattoo or offer to tattoo anyone under age 18.
CLASSES & STUDENTS
Students have to be on time. If student is late from Class, we do not add additional time to the training.
Students have to follow instructions all the time. If a student doesn't listen to our instructors, we don't give money back! If student decide to leave the class without completion, he/she loses the full amount of the money was paid for the training.
We have experienced instructors who give their best to our students. We don't sorry time to explain things. We only work with small groups, maximum of 4 people. This way we can guarantee to teach each individual as if they were the only one in class. We also give assistance for model works. Each student gets his/her own instructor during his/her very first and following procedures in class.
